Shipping Policy

Here is how a box gets from a warehouse to your table, including the honest part most stores keep quiet about.
Where we ship
At launch: Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. That's it for now. Saying so plainly beats a checkout that fails at the last step.
The honest part: how your order actually travels
Brickonia works with authorized LEGO® distributors who ship sets directly from their warehouses to you. We don't pretend to have a stockroom in the back; this is how a small independent store offers a wide catalogue without inflating prices.
What this means for you, plainly:
- Your parcel's return address may show a distribution partner, not "Brickonia".
- An order with several sets may arrive in more than one parcel (at no extra cost to you).
- Lead times have two parts: the warehouse preparing your parcel, then the carrier carrying it.
How long it takes
These are our launch estimates, ranges, not promises of the best case:
| Step | Estimate |
|---|---|
| Warehouse processing | 1 to 3 business days |
| Transit, Canada | 3 to 8 business days |
| Transit, United States | 4 to 10 business days, including customs handling |
| Transit, United Kingdom | 4 to 10 business days, including customs handling |
If a set in your order turns out to be unavailable at the warehouse, we tell you within 2 business days and you choose: wait, swap, or refund that item in full. We do not sit on silent backorders.
What it costs
- The cart shows a shipping estimate before checkout. No surprise fees, ever.
- Exact cost is confirmed at checkout based on your address.
Taxes and duties
- Canada: GST, HST, and QST are calculated and shown at checkout.
- United States: applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so the total you see at checkout is the final total, with no surprise import fees at your door.
- United Kingdom: VAT is included in the price shown at checkout, with no surprise import fees at your door.
Tracking
Every parcel ships with tracking. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the warehouse hands the parcel to the carrier: one email when it ships, not a drip campaign.
If a parcel is late, lost, or arrives hurt
- Late: if tracking goes quiet for more than 5 business days, write to us; we chase the carrier so you don't have to.
- Lost: if the carrier declares a parcel lost (or it is clearly never arriving), you choose a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
- Damaged: see our Returns and Refunds Policy, send photos within 7 days, and we make it right.
